Shipping and handling charge from USPS.

All items are sent bubble wrapped and well parceled via 1st class mail through the United States Post Office.

All items are shipped out IMMEDIATELY AFTER payment has CLEARED, and IMMEDIATELY on receipt of PayPal payment.

You will be informed when your package is sent in an E-mail.

Orders which are filled from my Drop-Shipper are also acted on Immediately payment is received, but may take a little longer for delivery.

Please ask any questions you may have and I will do my utmost to give you immediate and precise information regarding your pending order.

Returns

Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to: mpowell99@frontiernet.net for instructions. Please DO NOT return any item without E-Mailing for instructions first. Any Damaged Goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

All returned goods must be sent back pre-paid of all transportation charges. If purchase within 30 days, they can be returned for full refund of purchased price, exclusive of shipping and handling charges. They must be in brand-new saleable condition, otherwise a 20% restocking charge will apply.

Out of Stock items, expected back in within a reasonable time will be forwarded when they arrive. Should the item remain unavailable, then a Full Refund will be given without question.
